DESCRIPTION OF THE COURSE
CSC Orion 18 is a Structural software technology that is used to provide complete solution for concrete building structures. This software is developed jointly by CSC (UK) Ltd. and PROTA Ltd.
AutoCAD is drafting software technology that is used by Engineers to communicate design intents either in 2D or 3D drawings for engineering projects.
In this course program, you will learn how to propose a structural solution to a 5-Storey concrete building project on AutoCAD, you will learn about structural modelling, analysis, design and detailing of structural members on CSC Orion 18 and AutoCAD.
You should enroll to this course program to have access to about 120 video records of how to design a 5-Storey reinforced concrete building starting from studying the architectural model to printing of structural details in pdf documents for construction.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The objective of this course program is not only to teach students how to use this software technologies for structural building design, also they will also understand the various engineering considerations taken when modelling, analyzing, designing, and detailing concrete building structures.
